Are you an experienced 3rd Line Engineer looking for a hands-on technical role in a growing IT & Cyber Security business?

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex IT challenges, working on high-level technical projects, and ensuring robust cybersecurity for clients - without being bogged down by excessive admin.

The Role:

As a 3rd Line Engineer, you will:

* Resolve complex IT issues across networking, servers, cloud, and security.

* Lead IT projects, including cloud migrations and security enhancements.

* Ensure cybersecurity best practices and compliance.

* Act as a trusted IT partner for clients, providing expert guidance.

* Support and mentor junior team members.

What We're Looking For:

* MSP experience is essential - You must have worked in a Managed Service Provider environment.

* Networking expertise - Experience with Ubiquiti Unifi & Mikrotik.

* Windows Server knowledge - AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Hyper-V/VMware.

* Microsoft 365 & Azure - Administration, migrations, security best practices.

* Linux troubleshooting skills - A plus.

* Experience with PSA & RMM tools - NinjaOne, ConnectWise, or similar.

* Cyber Security awareness - Patching, MFA, endpoint protection.

* VoIP knowledge - Familiarity with 3CX & SIP.
