Project values range from £500k up to £20 million .
Clients span the Professional Services, Automotive, Formula One, Logistics and NHS Sectors.
As a result of growth the company need an experienced Construction Estimator .
The successful candidate will be engaging with specialist subcontractors, pulling together costs and reviewing submissions for Interiors and Construction packages. (Project Values up to £20 million).
A varied an interesting role, the successful candidate will have/ be
* A construction related qualification ( not essential but preferred).
* Able to demonstrate broad Construction & Interiors Package Estimating experience gained in the UK.
* Estimated for a range of Interior Fit Out, Refurbishment and New Build Construction Projects ( Non Residential) .
The role is hybrid with up to 2-3 days in the office and from home
With great long term career prospects and the chance to work on some diverse projects the role comes with a basic salary of £80k-£110k (DOE) plus company car or a car allowance, pension, medical, company bonus and 25 days holiday
