Business Development Manager - Central Belt - Facilities Management
FM Search & Select Ltd is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a leading Facilities Management company in the Central Belt. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual with a proven track record in FM sales and business growth, who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Package/ Role:
* Competitive basic salary + performance-based bonus

* Based in Edinburgh (remote working available)
* Monday - Friday, full-time position

Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within the FM sector
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
* Create tailored FM service solutions to meet client needs
* Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
* Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to drive business growth
Qualifications & Skills:
🔹 Proven experience in a Business Development role within Facilities Management
🔹 Strong understanding of hard and soft FM services
🔹 Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets
🔹 Excellent negotiation and communication skills
🔹 Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a drive to win new business
🔹 Full UK driving licence - willingness to travel as required
