£40 - £50k + £25 Call out per hour

Fri - 6AM - 1PM

What would I be doing as a Maintenance Manager?

* Managing engineering projects

* Implementing and managing a PM Schedule

* Report on monthly engineering projects

* Be computer literate and have strong working knowledge of excel

* The ability to communication to stakeholders at all different levels

* Work well in a team environment and on own initiative

* Work well under pressure

* Ensuring Health & Safety requirements are met, and procedures followed

* Have a flexible and adaptable approach to work across 2 sites (within 3 miles of each other), work overtime to meet the business needs and respond to occasional out of hours call outs

The qualifications and experience required to be a Maintenance Manager…?

* Ideally coming from a paint plant or automotive background

* This is a hands on role split between spending 70% of your time on the tools and 30% in the office

* Degree qualified or equivalent

* Previous experience reading and interpreting mechanical & electrical drawings

* Multi skilled bias 60/40 either way though electrical bias is preferred

* The ability to understand pneumatic systems

* The ability to fault find to a high standard across all areas

* Previous industry experience within the automotive sector is advantageous for this role
