A rapidly growing business near Tamworth is urgently looking to strengthen its finance team with the addition of a Part-Qualified Accountant ready to make a bold step into commercial finance and business partnering.

?? Location: Tamworth (Hybrid - 2-3 days a week on-site)?? Contract: Full-time, Permanent?? Salary: £42,000 + Full Study Support

This is a high-visibility role where you'll work directly with senior stakeholders, helping to shape commercial decisions and drive strategic growth. It's tailor-made for someone with retail experience and a keen analytical mind.

1st stage interviews (TEAMS) are already being booked for Tuesday, 22nd April - with final interviews taking place in person the following week. If you're interested, you need to move fast.

• Take ownership of weekly sales and KPI reporting

• Deliver data-driven insights to influence business decisions

• Support performance reviews and budgeting processes

• Work cross-functionally with commercial and ops teams

• Be involved in forecasting and month-end

• Become a trusted voice in strategic conversations

• Part-qualified (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) and actively studying

• Strong analytical skills - you love uncovering trends

• A confident communicator who's comfortable with stakeholders

• Curious, commercially focused, and motivated to grow

• £42,000 base salary
