Business Analyst

We are excited to be recruiting for an award-winning company based in the heart of Bath who are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join their friendly team.

As a Business Analyst, you will work with your team to provide a range of technical support services to the Operations Team, as well as use data to capture business insights and recommend changes to processes.

Daily duties to include:

• Supporting internal and external parties with a range of technical issues
• Analysing large data sets to identify operational issues and improve business processes
• Identifying improvement opportunities and challenge inadequate processes
• Planning and implementing operational changes
• Assisting with the resolution of business-critical issues and provide technical expertise
• Ensuring procedural documentation is up to date

Required skills and experience:

• Previous financial services experience is essential
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to process data
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under own initiative
