Our client is currently seeking a Business Tutor to join the educational team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute positively to the lives of learners, aiding them in improving their own lives and making a meaningful impact on their local community. As a Business Tutor based on-site, you will be pivotal in nurturing learners' entrepreneurial spirit and guiding them in acquiring the skills necessary to set up and run successful businesses.

Day-to-day of the role:

* Delivering engaging and tailored business studies lessons, focusing on the standards for enterprise and entrepreneurship.

* Empowering learners with the knowledge and skills to understand business operations and management.

* Creating a supportive and motivational learning environment that encourages learner engagement and success.

* Monitoring learner progress, providing feedback, and adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* A teaching qualification or subject specialist qualification at Level 4 (Level 5 - new standards), with a commitment to obtain the relevant outstanding qualification within a specified timeframe.

* Minimum Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy (equivalent to GCSE grades 9 to 4, A* to C).

* Demonstrable track record of effective teaching in business studies

* Eligibility to gain, hold, and maintain a clean, enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
