Key Responsibilities:

Help with outdoor activities and programs to support students' well-being and personal growth.
Build positive relationships and provide pastoral support tailored to SEMH students.
Promote resilience, self-esteem, and social skills through experiential learning.
Collaborate with educational staff to integrate outdoor learning with the curriculum.
Qualifications and Skills:

Experience in education, pastoral care, or working with SEMH students.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A love for the outdoors and the ability to engage students in various activities.
Relevant qualifications in education.
