This global FMCG company has a strong record of sustained growth and is continuing to expand. They are looking for an experienced FP&A Manager for a 12-month contract, offering a unique opportunity to influence their financial strategy during an exciting phase. The role is hybrid, requiring three days in their offices, conveniently located for those commuting from Derby, South Staffordshire, North Birmingham, Nottingham, and Leicester.

As FP&A Manager, you’ll join a team of finance experts focused on driving decisions through analysis. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to enhance cost visibility and management reporting, conduct detailed analysis for forecasting and budgeting, and create clear presentations for the board. You’ll also consolidate monthly results and evaluate risks and opportunities against financial plans.

Building strong relationships with business units and finance partners to improve performance insights, is key to this role.

Ideally, you’ll be a Qualified Accountant with FMCG experience and substantial FP&A or commercial finance experience. A background in practice is a plus, though not required.
