We are excited to recruit an outstanding
Teaching Assistant

for a well-regarded primary school in West Sussex, seeking to enhance their dedicated team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a fully inclusive educational environment, where support is crucial for children with EHCPs and diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to students with individual needs, including those with EHCPs.

Assist the teacher in delivering high-quality education and ensuring all students achieve their best.

Lead small group and one-to-one interventions to support children's learning and development.

Foster a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student engagement and well-being.

Collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a cohesive team environment.

Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and effectiveness.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Experience working with children

in a school setting, preferably within Key Stage 1.

A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.

Relevant
NVQ Level 3 qualification

or equivalent, or a willingness to undertake further training.

High aspirations for both student success and personal growth.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team with a flexible, 'can-do' attitude.

Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to supporting classroom activities.
