• Be a strategic partner to our functional heads, providing expert financial analysis and insights to drive informed decision-making.
• Ensure optimal resource allocation and investment returns, fostering a data-driven approach to maximizing impact.
• Lead the development of budgeting tools and financial reporting systems to enhance transparency and support our stakeholders.
• Collaborate across departments, fostering strong relationships to ensure data integrity and timely reporting.
• Actively identify and mitigate risks, while also highlighting opportunities for growth and optimization.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA/CIPFA)
• Proven experience in a similar role within a charity or humanitarian aid environment is essential.
• Strong working knowledge of finance systems including advanced Excel.
• Exceptional interpersonal and networking skills to navigate a complex international environment.
