As a Reception Teacher, you will play a key role in developing the foundation for children's learning experiences in a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom. You'll deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum, ensuring that each child feels supported, challenged, and inspired. You'll nurture creativity, encourage curiosity, and help children develop the confidence and social skills they need as they embark on their learning journey. Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Early Years (EYFS) education.
• A strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create an inclusive learning environment.
• Enthusiastic, creative, and dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of young children.
• Ability to engage with parents and work as part of a dynamic teaching team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver exciting and creative lessons that follow the EYFS curriculum.
• Foster a positive and nurturing classroom environment, ensuring all students feel valued and supported.
• Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
• Create and maintain strong relationships with parents, ensuring they are fully informed about their child's progress.
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other members of staff to ensure the best learning outcomes for all students.
