At Teach Now, we're excited to offer a unique opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join a fantastic special educational needs provision in Enfield, London. This full-time, long-term role provides the perfect opportunity for teachers looking to make a real impact on the lives of children with complex needs.

Our school's SEND provision is an outstanding and nurturing environment dedicated to meeting the needs of primary-aged children with a range of complex learning difficulties. Under the leadership of an experienced SENDCo, you will be part of a close-knit team that is committed to providing the highest standards of care, teaching, and support for every child.

Key Responsibilities: SEN Teacher:

• Deliver tailored lessons for a group of up to ten children with complex needs, ensuring their individual learning styles and requirements are met.

• Collaborate with the SENDCo and other staff to create personalized learning plans that empower each child to succeed.

• Provide pastoral care and support, helping to build self-esteem and independence in children.• Lead classroom activities and interventions, supported by a dedicated Teaching Assistant.

• Monitor progress through regular assessments and make adjustments to the teaching approach as necessary to ensure ongoing success.

Application Requirements: SEN Teacher:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

• Previous experience working with children with special educational needs, particularly in primary education.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team
