Our client is an award-winning estate agency offering an honest approach to real estate in central London. Clients range from residents of London’s picturesque residential streets to high specification luxury new build apartments across the city.

As part of their continued development and business growth, they are looking for successful property consultants to join their team selling luxury property throughout Zone One. Central London really is the most rewarding and exciting arena to be an estate agent in the UK! With a wide range of exciting property types and areas, no two days will be the same.

Personal specification:

• Some experience within residential sales would be beneficial, but is not essential
• A sense of urgency for goal achievement
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Confident and enthusiastic communication style
• Self-starting with the desire to succeed
• Ability to build and maintain relationships quickly
• Negotiation skills
• Good IT literacy skills.

The package for this role will include a basic salary of up £25,000, plus on target earnings of £43,000 to £49,000! You will only be required to work 1 in 3/4 Saturdays on a rota basis and will get a day back in lieu the following week.
