Calibre Search are delighted to be working collaboratively with one of the UK's fastest growing Construction Consultancies who are now eager to bring in an accomplished Project Manager to join them in Sheffield.

Having begun the business over 10 years ago, they now boast an impressive 100 staff across 5 UK offices now with Sheffield being the home of where it all started. They have three floors, very spacious, open plan, modern style to compliment their work environment with a lovely historic feel with wooden beams, internal brick walls etc which adds a lot of character.

Be part of their team of 20+ in Sheffield where you will assist the Associates and Directors of the team delivering various new builb, refurbishments and fit outs of a vast amount of various properties from schools, universities, heathcare and retail stores offering a great blend of private and public sector work.

Ideally, they're keen to speak with Project Managers who have the relevant RICS degree in Construction Management or Surveying (either QS or BS) and have already been exposed to working within a similar environment to them being client side working via another consultancy. They're happy to consider PM's at intermediate all the way up to Senior.

Duties/Requirements:

Conduct feasibility studies, including site surveys, site investigation, site evaluation etc
Interview and select contractors for tendering or negotiation, evaluate tenders received and appoint contractor
Inspect and monitor the construction works with regard to quality and conformity to agreed specifications and drawings
Prepare regular reports to clients on all aspects of the project including progress, programme, costs, risks and quality management
Client liaising and chairing meetings throughout the project life cycle
Ideally having relevant qualifications being MRICS/MAPM/MCIOB or working towards such qualifications
Previous construction/property consultancy experience as a Project Manager will be essential for this role
