The Role: Manager - Procurement Consultant, Strategic Value Realisation

Are you an experienced procurement consultant ready to take your career to the next level? Do you thrive in leading high-impact projects and working closely with senior stakeholders? If you have a passion for procurement and a track record of delivering value realisation, this is the opportunity for you. You must have a consultancy background at this level, and a preference to having worked on clients in heavy industries but this is not essential.

Join a dynamic team and take ownership of driving procurement cost savings and strategic value realisation for a diverse client base, while also contributing to business development and consultancy growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead exciting procurement consulting projects and manage client relationships. Projects range from cost out and strategic value realisation to procurement transformation
Develop and execute cost-saving initiatives across indirect spend categories ie. Opportunity assessment, workshopping ideas with the client, followed by project delivery/implementation
Drive supplier negotiations and contract implementations
Manage high-performing consulting teams, coaching and developing individuals
Contribute to business development, practice growth, and methodology enhancement

Key Skills:

Proven leadership in procurement consultancy, particularly in value realisation and change programs
Must be able to be hands on in delivery as well as leading teams
Strong project management skills and experience in delivering procurement outcomes
Indirect category experience e.g. IT, FM, Professional Services, Marketing etc.
Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
