TSA Surveying are working in partnership with a leading Property Surveying Consultancy and are looking to appoint Stock Condition Surveyors on a 6 MONTH CONTRACT starting in JAN 2025.
 
All surveys are carried out on a tablet device using asset management software 

Outside IR35 role Paid Per Survey - Houses, Flats, Blocks 
Over 8000 properties to be surveyed - STOCK CONDITION, HHSRS AND RDSAP 
ENERGY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (RDSAP OR DEA)
REFRESHER TRAINING PROVIDED BUT PRIOR EXPERIENCE IS A MUST.
Properties located in/around SOMERSET
ID Badges, calling cards, large property lists provided and letter of authority for the ODD door knocking properties 
BOOKED APPOINTMENTS BY THE CLIENT.
Letter dropping every 2/3 weeks by the client.
6 MONTH CONTRACT - possible extension.
