Our client is currently recruiting for a Permanent HGV 2 Driver to join their team. The driver will be responsible for completing deliveries to care homes & nursing homes across ROI.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road but needs more fixed hours for a better work/ life balance. Our client prioritises their staff wellbeing and ensures all employees feel part of a team leading to great reviews from their long term employees.

Position: HGV 2 Driver

Location: Antrim

Duration: Permanent

Salary: £14 per hour

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm

Duties will include (but not be limited to):

• Transporting large goods to and from various sites across NI& ROI
• Assisting with loading & offloading of furniture
• Adhering to all health & safety procedures as set out by the business
• Providing excellent customer service
• Reporting any missing or damaged goods immediately
• Filling in all paperwork accurately and in a timely fashion

Essential Criteria:

• Valid UK Clean category C Driving Licence
  * Minimum of 1 year experience
  * Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph

Desirable Criteria:

• Previous experience moving oversized loads
