Finance Manager - Basildon - Retail - £55,000 - £65,000

A highly successful organisation within the retail space that supply directly to customers but also through various Commercial channels, is seeking a strong Finance Manager to join their organisation.

• Strategic commercial and finance role, reporting into the MD and FD
• Financial Modelling
• Financial Analysis
• Management Accounts
• Reporting directly into the MD and FD
• Involvement in management meetings with the group
• Ensuring strong commercial awareness of all projects and contracts
• Proactive, updating the Board on key commercial and financial performances across the company’s operations, contracts and projects
• Promoting continuous commercial improvement
• Assist with and involvement in research towards identifying gaps and opportunities in the market in order to expand

The Candidate

• Strong commercial finance experience, ideally within the retail, ecommerce, distribution or manufacturing industry
• Strong commercial acumen
• Product specialist, financial modelling experience
• Proven track record of enhancing a company’s commercialism, finance operations
• Hands on, driven, energetic and professional
• Strategic, confident and aspirational individual

Package

• Up to £65,000 per annum
• 25 days annual leave
