Harnham are working with a growing company within the financial services industry to put forward an exciting opportunity, bringing in a new Head of Credit Risk to be at the forefront of their success.

The Company

The company in particular is a smaller lender, focusing on personal loans, providing the opportunity to head up their close-knit risk credit department and work alongside senior leaders and stakeholders. Your role at the company gives you the autonomy and responsibility to create real change within a smaller company and the opportunity to directly influence business strategy and growth.

Your Skills and Experience

The Role

As the Head of Credit Risk, you'll be responsible for a wide range of projects within the credit risk space, including but not limited to credit and lending strategies, scorecard implementation, and wider portfolio insight and reporting. Working within a close-knit credit risk department gives you the benefit of overseeing different projects and analysts to create success and reach business goals.

Your Skills and Experience

• Experience in consumer lending
• Experience in developing lending strategies and driving insight
• Some management experience
• SQL and Excel experience
