As a Production Team Leader, you will be:

Leading and Supervising: Overseeing a skilled production team, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards are met.

Problem-Solving: Quickly addressing and resolving issues that arise on the production floor to ensure continuous workflow.

Homing in on Training and Development: Training new team members and provide ongoing support to improve team performance.

Cross-team Communication: Liaising with supervisors and other departments to coordinate and report on shift progress.

Focusing on Process Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimise production efficiency.

As a Production Line Leader, you will need:

Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Mechanical Manufacturing experience.

An understanding of process within a Mechanical Manufacturing environment.

Communication and problem-solving skills.

A team-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and safety.

Enthusiasm and an attitude of leading by example.
