Group Accountant - FTC Real EstateLondon£60,000 - £65,000 per annum Altum Consulting are delighted to be partnering with a large real estate business who are seeking a group accountant to join their team on a fixed term basis. You will be responsible for producing statutory accounts for subsidiary and joint venture companies as well as assisting in the close of monthly balance sheet reconciliations and other monthly or quarterly procedures.Key Responsibilities:

• Production of statutory accounts and reporting for subsidiary and joint venture companies.
• Assistance with the closing of monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assistance with monthly and quarterly reporting.
• Any other ad hoc duties/ projects

Candidate requirements:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA).
• Experience in audit for real estate organisations desirable.
• Strong communicator.
• Available at short notice.
