Sales Executive - Aviation Aftermarket

Salary: £40,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Guided Talent is recruiting on behalf of our client, a dynamic and well-established company in Crawley that specialises in aftermarket aerospace parts. Their core business involves the supply, purchase, and repair of these parts.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive with a proven track record in the aviation aftermarket sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the industry and experience working with aviation components and systems. Familiarity with MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) processes will be highly advantageous.

Key responsibilities:

* Drive sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities within the aerospace aftermarket industry.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners in the aviation sector.

* Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and negotiation to closing deals.

* Collaborate with internal teams to meet client requirements, ensuring timely delivery of products and services.

* Provide market insights and feedback to enhance product and service offerings.

Requirements:

* Experience in the aviation aftermarket industry is essential.

* Knowledge of MRO processes (preferred but not essential).
