The Role
As Head Chef, you’ll lead the culinary team in creating and serving high-quality dishes that reflect our seasonal themes. You’ll be the driving force behind menu innovation, kitchen management, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check and maintain the quality of dishes served
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop seasonal menus
- Lead kitchen operations, from inventory management to maintaining cleanliness
- Support and motivate the kitchen team, fostering a positive work environment
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and food hygiene standards
- Manage customer feedback, ensuring each guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience
