Role Responsibilities - Leading the audit team and overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of audits for a varied client portfolio
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on audit and business matters
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to grow the audit function within the firm
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and professional standards
- Supporting and mentoring the audit team, providing guidance and leadership to promote their development
- Driving business development efforts, identifying opportunities for new business and enhancing existing client relationships

Candidate Requirements - ACA or ACCA qualified with significant experience in audit and leadership roles
- Proven ability to manage and lead an audit team while delivering excellent client service
- Strong technical knowledge of audit regulations and standards
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client relationship management
- A strategic mindset, with a focus on growing the audit function and driving business development
- Commercially focused, with a strong understanding of the business environment and clients’ industries
