Monday to Thursday: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm; Friday: 7:30 am - 12:30 pm
£50,000 - £55,000

Key Responsibilities:

* Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E):

* Promote and adhere to HS&E policies.

* Support audits and action plans to enhance safety and compliance.

* Foster a proactive HS&E culture to minimise incidents and hazards.

* Implement effective processes to boost customer satisfaction and reduce waste.

* Initiate cost reduction strategies to improve profitability.

* Monitor and enhance delivery performance through continuous improvement.

Key Skills:

* Strong leadership and commercial awareness.

* Manufacturing/Engineering/Automotive experience an advantage

* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

* Extensive knowledge of production processes, preferably in aerospace or automotive sectors.

* Expertise in lean manufacturing and modern production techniques.

* On-time, high-quality product delivery.

* Adherence to safety and quality standards.

* Achievement of cost reduction and efficiency goals.
