Are you an experienced professional in highway surfacing looking for your next challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Surfacing Contracts Manager to join my client's team and hit the ground running!
 
About the Role:
 
As a Surfacing Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing surfacing gangs and ensuring the successful delivery of highway surfacing projects. Your primary focus will be to bring your extensive surfacing experience to my clients operations, driving efficiency and excellence in every project.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
- Oversee and manage surfacing gangs, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project requirements and specifications are met.
- Utilize your surfacing expertise to address and resolve any project-related challenges.
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance throughout all project phases.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment among the teams.
 
Requirements:
 
- Proven experience in managing highways surfacing gangs.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in surfacing projects, preferably within the East Midlands region.
- Background in Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
