With an impressive track record of delivering high-value projects, they are now seeking a experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their team in Cambridge.

Role Overview:
As Electrical Project Manager, you will oversee the electrical aspects of a major Life Sciences build, with an M&E value of £(phone number removed). This is an exciting opportunity to lead and deliver a flagship project that will push the boundaries of innovation within the life sciences sector.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and deliver the electrical systems on-site, ensuring all works are completed to time, cost, and quality standards.

* Collaborate closely with other departments to coordinate the M&E services for the project.

* Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and seamless execution.

* Oversee the electrical design process, provide technical guidance, and manage project delivery.

* Lead and mentor a team of engineers and support staff to ensure optimal performance.

* Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to meet project objectives.

Candidate Requirements:

* Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager, ideally within the Life Sciences or similar sectors.

* Strong background in managing M&E projects with a value of £10M+.

* Knowledge of relevant health & safety regulations, industry standards, and quality control procedures.

* Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.

* Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or a related field (desirable).

* Strong understanding within the pre - construction phases

* Ability to work under pressure and deliver results on large-scale, complex projects
