Customer Service / Sales Manager - Insurance/Financial Services

£40-£50k basic + £5k performance related bonus

Based in the Bradford area.

Monday to Friday hours, no lates or weekends and an early finish on a Friday!

However, despite how impressive that is, that’s not what makes this opportunity truly exciting, what makes it exciting is that this a new management role heading up a new department so you will have the best of both worlds, the support and stability of a big employer and the chance to have real influence in growing and shaping a new department from the ground up.

Given the pivotal nature of this role we are looking for an experienced Customer Service/Sales Manager or Renewals Manager from an automotive insurance or related insurance background. You will be responsible for hands on management of a small team of telephone-based Renewals Advisors initially but as the team grows you will implement a management structure and develop Team Leaders to further the departments growth, enabling you to focus on driving performance across the site as a whole.

This is fast paced customer centric environment, that is target, quality and compliance driven so experience of operating in a similar environment with no compromise on standards is essential.
