Assistant Site Manager required in Bridgwater, Somerset

What is required for the position?

Tickets: SMSTS

PPE: Hard hat, high vis, steel toe cap boots

Experience:

Must have 3 years' experience working as a Assistant Site Manager on other construction Housing projects.

References: Must be able to provide 2 recent work references

Work involved:

Works involved: Extra requirment on site - Housing site -

Supervises and ensures that all construction work under their control is built in accordance with the Progrsamme
Ensures effective control of subcontractors in maintaining all necessary quality control checks to ensure the required standard by complying with the relevant specification and working practices.
Preparing schedules
Liaising with site manger on day to day basic

Other information:

Working hours: 7:30am to 4:30pm

£24 per hour
