About the Role:
We are seeking a Damp and Mould Operative for our client in social housing. This temporary position involves identifying and addressing damp and mould issues to ensure healthy living conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct inspections for damp and mould.
Implement treatments and repairs.
Educate residents on prevention.
Document assessments and actions.
Requirements:

Experience in damp and mould remediation.
Knowledge of building materials and moisture control.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Valid driving license and ability to travel.
