• Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30 am - 3:30 pm)

As a 1:1 Support Assistant, you will work closely with students who face unique challenges, offering individual support to help them overcome barriers to learning and personal development. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one support for students with Autism, ASD, and speech and language needs.
• Assist children in developing communication, emotional resilience, and social skills through individualized approaches.

• Support students in managing emotions and promoting positive behaviour.
• Build trusting, supportive relationships with students to foster their growth both academically and personally.
