Multiskilled Engineer (FM) - Electrical Bias

Carbon60 are looking for an experienced Building Services Electrician to join their global real estate client's team, based at a site in Bristol.

Salary: £38k + benefits and OT rates
Hours of work: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Contract: PermanentMain Duties:

Ensure all assigned Planned Preventative Maintenance for M&E activities is completed to schedule
Isolate defective equipment from power supply, check visually for faults, tests for faults, isolates the problem areas and take corrective action to repair the problem.
The installation of electrical systems and associated equipment followed up with the appropriate certification.
Respond to reactive maintenance requests as directed
Comply with all company proceduresPerson specification

Minimum 5 years' experience in Building Services industry
C&G qualified or equivalent in an electrical services/maintenance.
18th Edition IEE: Wiring & Installation competent
Full clean driving license held
