Family Residential Centre - 3 flats with the capacity to house up to 3 families.
Families utilising this type of service may include parents with moderate to high learning needs, those presenting with issues around domestic violence, and or substance/alcohol misuse. Additionally, they may have experienced mental ill health and/or trauma. During their stay, the parents will be supported in their parenting by staff.
Essential requirements:
Drivers' licence.
Level 3 in Children and Young People
Must hold OR be willing to work towards the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care and Children & Young People's Services.
At least 3 years' experience working with children (within the last 5 years) and at least 1 year at management experience working with children/young people and their families in a residential setting.
Sound knowledge and experience of working with OFSTED regulations
