We are seeking dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care to adults with mental health needs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and developing support plans

  • Collaborating with multi-agency partners to provide holistic care

  • Managing a varied caseload and delivering interventions to support recovery

  • Ensuring safeguarding and promoting the rights and dignity of service users

About you:

  • Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration

  • Experience in a mental health or related field

  • Strong understanding of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and relevant mental health legislation

  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
