We are working with an expanding M&E contractor who operate across multiple sectors, but are known for their work in the data centre and design & build commercial fit out sector. They have gone through incredible growth in the last two years and are continuing that trend despite market difficulties. Project Overview:

As mentioned above, this contractor is known for their delivery of projects in the Data Centre and D&B commercial fit-out sector, but they also deliver work in healthcare, education and retail from £1m to £8m. As a Mechanical Site Manager, your role will be site based working alongside the estimation and commercial teams to deliver mechanical packages.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, we would need you to have the following:

* NVQ Level 3 or HND in mechanical or building services engineering

* CSCS card (ideally black, but gold will suffice)

* SMSTS

* First Aid

* Experience delivering projects above £500K

* Able to show longevity in previous roles

* 2 references from people/companies you've worked for

* Experience with similar projects/project sectors

Salary and Package:

If you are successful in the role, and dependent on experience you will receive the following:

* £55-60K

* Full travel expenses
