Are you an Engineering Coordinator with experience working in a reactive maintenance environment?

An exciting opportunity for an Engineering Co-ordination to join dynamic and innovative maintenance company providing locksmith, plumbing, and electric services.

Package:

* £34,000 base salary (DOE)

* 30 days holiday

Responsibilities:

* Assign jobs to appropriate team members and ensure deadlines are met.

* Communicate effectively with team members and clients to provide updates and gather necessary information.

* Coordinate and manage incoming job requests from various sources.

* Prioritize tasks and assignments based on urgency and importance.

* Maintain accurate records of job statuses, deadlines, and client communications.

* Proactively identify and address any issues or obstacles that may arise during project execution.

* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient project delivery.

Must have:

* Previous experience within a reactive maintenance environment.

* High level of IT literacy.

* Office based experience.
