  • Managing inbox, raising POs for approval
  • Working with accounts payable to process invoices and credit notes
  • Monthly consumables and inventory stocktake
  • Spreadsheet management, cost analysis and monthly reports

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Team-oriented and customer-focused (both written and verbal communication)
  • Professional, friendly, detail-oriented
  • Organised, and willing to learn
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and numerate
