Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll bridge the gap between commercial, operational, and IT departments, ensuring seamless delivery and transformation of SMART water meter projects.Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and define water business processes, customer journeys, and third-party interfaces.
• Lead workshops and stakeholder engagements to capture requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Create and manage project documentation, including operational delivery materials.
• Drive user acceptance testing and oversee smooth transitions from projects to BAU.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to mitigate risks and improve outcomes.
• Mentor and manage the water project team, fostering growth and excellence.What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a results-oriented professional with a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for innovation.Essential Qualifications and Experience:
• Degree or relevant professional qualification in business analysis.
• 5+ years in a business analysis role, leading complex projects/programmes.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and collaboration with third parties.
• Strong skills in business process modelling, data analysis, and database interrogation tools.
• Ability to deliver business solutions balancing time, cost, and quality.Desirable Experience:
• Background in energy, metering, or water industries.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management.
• Familiarity with data security and confidentiality practices.Skills and Attributes:
