Key Responsibilities of the Sales Administrator:

Process sales orders to ensure timely delivery to customers
Work with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance
Generate despatch notes for UK and export sales
Raise invoices and send them to customers
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organising meetings
Communicate with customers regarding order status, product enquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns
Create reports for packaging and stock
Maintain and update sales databases and records
Requirements of the Sales Administrator:

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise work
Strong attention to detail 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
