A leading Tier 1 Main Contractor is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a prestigious £10m+ public building project in Camden.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with cost management and budgeting
• Prepare and review tender and contract documents
• Support the team with valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Manage subcontractor packages
• Monitor project progress and ensure costs are controlled
• Liaise with the Quantity Surveyor, Senior QS, and Managing QS
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and client requirements
