Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Civils Site Manager to join our team on a permanent basis, overseeing projects in Lincolnshire. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing civil engineering projects, specifically within highways, car parks, and airports.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all on-site activities for civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Lead a team of site workers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Coordinate with clients, engineers, and project managers to ensure project requirements are met.
Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:

Full UK driving license.
SMSTS
FIRST AID
CSCS
Extensive experience in civil engineering site management, particularly on highways, car parks, and airports.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
