At Glendale, we have a great new opportunity for an Assistant Contract Manager to support the General Manager in the day to day operation of the Contract, planning the tasks and resources to ensure a high quality, efficient and safe service.

Who are you?
  • As an Assistant Contract Manager, your organisational skills are unparalleled and you communicate effectively across all levels to reach targets, provide reports and manage employee records.

  • Your people management skills help you manage expectations and build positive employee relations.

  • Your proactivity comes into play to maintain productivity and client satisfaction

  • As a responsible individual, you are able to manage accounts and production of weekly and monthly reports

  • Your strategic outlook helps identify continuous improvements

  • A horticultural qualification and a good understanding of Microsoft Office / Google systems would be preferred

  • Organise staff and teams to deliver the service

  • You will maintain and build relations with existing clients through regular client meetings, recording outcomes and actions

  • Oversee system compliance and quality checks

  • Maintain a sound organisational structure, assisting in the recruiting, training and motivating staff within the operating area as required

  • Recruit both seasonal and permanent staff

  • Take a leading role in health and safety
