Superb new opportunity in Blackburn for an experienced team leader, or senior coordinator to join this successful, ambitious domiciliary care company as their branch Deputy Care Manager.

You will have solid experience in Domiciliary Care, and Extra Care and be confident and passionate, with the knowledge and energy to support the Registered Manager to grow the business, and take joint ownership for its future success.

Reporting into the Registered Manager you will be overseeing all aspects of rota management, be involved with recruitment, branch performance and compliance. You will have proven ability to effectively lead, delegate and mentor staff.

You will have a minimum NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care, and a driving license and access to own vehicle.
