Role: Mechanical Fitter

Location: Doncaster

The role and Company:

Mechanical Fitter Growth Opportunity working with a well-established Industrial Mechanical Services business of over 45 years specializing in gearbox repair, electric motor services, compressor rebuild and electrical services.

Main duties of the role will see you undergo overall refurbishment and repair working with Gearboxes, Pumps and Compressors in the workshop.

Other duties include the use of grinding machines, drills, welding/ brazing equipment, gauges and measuring equipment, so having a good base knowledge of working with industrial/ mechanical based equipment.

Background:

You will ideally come from an engineering / mechanical / manufacturing technician background seeking a static workshop-based seeking a repair and mechanical fitting position working with varied industrial equipment.
