Premier Recruitment Group is proud to partner with a well-established law firm in the Wembley area, looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (6+ years PQE) to join their team.

🔹 Managing a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions
🔹 Handling acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development matters
🔹 Advising clients on landlord & tenant matters and investment transactions
🔹 Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and other property-related documents
🔹 Conducting due diligence, including title reviews and property searches
🔹 Advising on secured lending and property finance matters
🔹 Liaising with clients, surveyors, lenders, and other stakeholders
🔹 Ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements

✅ 6+ years PQE in Commercial Property
✅ Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
✅ Excellent client management and negotiation skills
✅ Ability to handle complex transactions independently
✅ Proven experience in business development and client relationship management
