Business Systems Support Manager - O365/PowerPlatform/London Market InsuranceOur client, a leading specialty Insurance & Reinsurance firm, is seeking a Business Systems Support Manager/Application Support Lead for a permanent role. In this position, you will lead the Application Support team for the Power Platform suite in providing software support for in-house systems to both Business and Technology teams, assist with solution rollouts, and escalate any issues to the Technology team.
You'll excel in this role if you have: - Proven experience in application support
- Worked in Senior or Lead roles, managing small-sized teams
- Strong expertise in Office 365
- Solid knowledge of PowerPlatform/PowerApps
- London Market insurance experience
This role offers up to £65,000 per annum and requires 4 days per week onsite in the London office.
