Salary: £83 - £95 per day
Contract: Long-Term Temporary with potential for permanency

As a Therapy Support Worker, you will provide essential support to students with complex emotional and behavioural needs, working closely with experienced therapists and educators. Your contributions will help create a nurturing and structured environment where students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with therapists to deliver tailored support plans and therapeutic activities.
Provide one-on-one and group support to students, fostering their emotional resilience and social skills.
Assist in managing challenging behaviours using positive reinforcement and de-escalation strategies.
Work as part of a supportive team to create a safe and encouraging learning environment.
