Concierge -Receptionist (Day):

Day Concierge - Receptionists will be responsible for the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the receptions & lobbies, consistently deliver service excellence to our Residents in conjunction with our standards, procedures and policies, keeping in view the ever-changing Resident's needs multi-skill/ multi-tasking is seen as an imperative.

• Hours 7am to 7pm,
• Average of 42 hours per week over a 2-week period (5 shifts one week: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, then 2 shifts the following week on Wednesdays and Thursdays)
• 5.6 weeks holidays.
• The full annual salary will be £28,850 including holiday.
