SEN Teacher - Blackburn:

Prospero Teaching is looking to fill a vacancy for an SEN Teacher. The candidate should be experienced, qualified and passionate. Looking to facilitate growth as a student and a person for the young people.

You must hold a qualified teacher status for this position and have previous experience working within a SEN setting.

Hours: 8am-4:30pm

Full time only
Minimum Rate of Pay: £150 per day, depending on experience
Start date: ASAP
End date: OngoingThe Role:

Delivering and developing engaging lessons
Differentiating learning activities to meet the needs of individual pupils
Working collaboratively with other staff and external agenciesExperience, Training & Qualifications:

Up to date Safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided)
Previous experience supporting SEN within a specialist setting
Team Teach training would be highly desired
Qualified teacher status (QTS) is essentialTO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional referencesOTHER
